Xiaomi is rumored to be working on a new smartphone lineup called the Xiaomi 12S that will be released soon. The Xiaomi 12S and Xiaomi 12SPro models are said to be part of the Xiaomi 12Sseries. The Xiaomi 12Sseries has been the subject of numerous leaks and rumors, and a new leak has surfaced today, revealing the device’s storage variants.

According to tipster Mukul Sharma (@stufflistings), the Xiaomi 12S will be available in three storage variants: one with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, one with 8GB RAM, and 256GB storage, and the top-of-the-line variant with 12GB RAM and 512GB storage. The Xiaomi12S Pro’s Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 variant is said to have storage options of 8GB/128GB, 8GB/256GB, and 12GB/512GB. The Xiaomi 12SPro should be able to handle 120W fast charging.
Finally, the Xiaomi 12SPro Dimensity 9000 edition is expected to come in two storage options: 8GB RAM with 256GB internal storage and 12GB RAM with 512GB internal storage.
Specifications of the Xiaomi 12S (expected)
The Xiaomi12S is said to have a 6.81-inch FHD+ 120Hz refresh rate AMOLED panel. The phone will most likely be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. In terms of photography, the phone is said to have a 50MP, 13MP, and 5MP triple rear camera setup, as well as a 16MP front camera. The Xiaomi 12S is expected to have a 4,500mAh battery with 120W fast charging support via a USB Type-C charging port.
