Redmi K50i 5G specs have been leaked, and an India launch is expected soon

The specifications for the Redmi K50i 5G have been made public. The new Redmi phone is believed to be a rebadged Redmi Note 11T Pro, which was launched in China last month alongside the Redmi Note 11T Pro+. The Redmi K50i 5G is said to have a 144Hz display with Dolby Vision support, three rear cameras, one of which is a 64-megapixel primary sensor, and three front cameras. Stereo speakers and up to 8GB of RAM are also expected on the new phone.

The purported Redmi K50i 5G specifications have been reported by 91Mobiles, citing tipster Ishan Agarwal. The new Redmi phone will be launched in India soon, according to the source. The exact launch date, on the other hand, has yet to be determined.

The Redmi K50i 5G will be available in two variants: 6GB RAM + 128GB storage and 8GB RAM + 128GB storage.

Specifications for the Redmi K50i 5G (expected)

The Redmi K50i 5G is said to have a 6.6-inch full-HD+ IPS display with a 144Hz refresh rate and Dolby Vision support. A peak brightness of 650 nits is also claimed for the display. Under the hood, the Redmi K50i 5G would be powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 8100 SoC and up to 8GB of RAM. The smartphone is also said to have a triple rear camera setup, with a 64-megapixel primary sensor and 8- and 2-megapixel secondary sensors.

On the front, the Redmi K50i 5G is said to have a 16-megapixel camera sensor for selfies and video chats.

The Redmi K50i 5G is said to have 128GB of internal storage as standard. The phone is said to have stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support and a dedicated headphone jack.

MIUI 13 is rumored to be available on Redmi’s new smartphone. The model also has a 5,080mAh battery that can support up to 67W fast charging, according to the tipster. The Redmi K50i 5G is described as measuring 163.6×74.3×8.8mm and weighing 200 grams.

The specifications are largely identical to those of the Redmi Note 11T Pro, which was launched in China in May. That model, on the other hand, came in three different configurations, the most expensive of which was an 8GB + 256GB model.
