Launch Date and Time for Poco X4 GT 5G
The Poco event will take place on June 23 at 8 p.m. GMT (around 1:30 AM, June 24 Indian time). The Poco F4 5G and the new Poco X4 GT 5G will be unveiled at the upcoming Poco event. The Poco even has a tagline that reads “All the Strengths,” implying that it will be a powerful phone launch.
What Can You Expect From The Poco X4 GT 5G?
We first heard about the Poco X4 GT5G when it was discovered in the IMEI database. According to rumors, this could be a rebranded Redmi smartphone, such as the Redmi Note 11T Pro, which was recently released in China.
If this is correct, we can anticipate similar characteristics. The upcoming Poco X4 GT is expected to have a 6.6-inch LCD panel with FHD+ resolution and a refresh rate of up to 144Hz. Corning Gorilla Glass will be used to protect the punch-hole display.
According to reports, the Poco X4 GT5G will be powered by the Dimensity 8100 chipset, which will be paired with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. It will be powered by Android 12 with the MIUI custom operating system on top. There’s also a 5,000 mAh battery with 67W fast charging support.
The Poco X4 GT is also expected to feature a triple-camera setup at the back, with a 48MP primary camera. An 8MP ultra-wide lens and a 2MP macro lens will also be included. The Poco X4 GT5G is expected to have a 20MP selfie camera on the front. Other features include a fingerprint sensor on the side, JBL stereo speakers, and more.
Price of Poco X4 GT5G in India
Except for the cameras, the Poco X4 GT appears to be a near-identical copy of the Redmi Note 11T Pro. This would also make the new Poco X4GT a capable mid-range smartphone, which is gaining popularity in India. The new Poco X4 GT5G could debut in the sub-Rs. 25K segment, based on specs and rising competition.
