OnePlus 10T 5G design and camera specifications have been leaked

OnePlus is gearing up to launch its next flagship device. The OnePlus 10T 5G, according to rumors, will be the company’s next premium high-end flagship. The device, codenamed Project Ovaltine, could be the OnePlus 10 5G, according to some reports. This phone is indeed the 10T 5G, according to a new leak. Digital Chat Station, a tipster, has revealed the key specifications of the upcoming OnePlus smartphone.

According to the source, the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC will power the 10T 5G. He’s also included a list of the device’s most important camera specs.

Specifications for the OnePlus 10T 5G

The OnePlus 10T 5G is expected to be launched in the second half of 2022. Ahead of the official launch, some key phone specifications have leaked. According to Digital Chat Station, the phone will have a triple-camera setup on the back. According to him, the phone’s main camera sensor will have a resolution of 50 megapixels. The camera sensor on the 10T 5G, on the other hand, will be 1/1.5-inch in size, rather than the 50MP sensor found on most OnePlus smartphones. On a smartphone, it would be the company’s largest sensor. The larger sensor will help capture finer details while also improving low-light performance.

The phone will also have an 8MP ultrawide camera and a 2MP macro sensor. There is no mention of the telephoto camera, which is currently only available in the Pro model.

Furthermore, the OnePlus 10T 5G will be the first OnePlus smartphone to feature the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC, according to the source. Soon after Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon flagship, SoC was unveiled, OnePlus confirmed that it would launch a device with it. The device’s name was not revealed, prompting multiple reports to speculate on the device’s identity.

Yogesh Brar, a tipster, revealed some of the phone’s specifications in addition to the above. According to him, the 10T 5G will have a 6.7-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display. It’ll have a 120Hz refresh rate and a hole-punch cutout in the top center for the 32MP front camera.

The design of the alleged prototype device was also revealed by Brar, who revealed that the 10T 5G has a massive camera island on the back. The camera module is a larger version of the 10 Pro, spanning the top portion of the back camera horizontally.

Unlike DCS, which claims that the ultrawide camera on this one will have an 8MP sensor, Brar claims that the ultrawide camera on this one will have a 16MP sensor. It will have a 4800 mAh battery and 150W fast charging capability. The 10T 5G does not support wireless charging, according to the leaked information.

The alert slider, which was present on the 10R 5G, is also missing. Finally, the phone will ship with Android 12 pre-installed and a layer of Oxygen OS 12 on top.
