The new OnePlus smartphone, codenamed Ovaltine, should be launched soon. The OnePlus 10 or OnePlus 10T is expected to be the device’s name. OnePlus has yet to announce the smartphone’s launch date but renders and specifications have leaked online ahead of time. The Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC is said to power the OnePlus 10. It’ll have a 50-megapixel triple rear camera and a 32-megapixel front camera, according to rumours. The OnePlus 10 is expected to be the successor to the OnePlus 10Pro, which was released in India in March.
Yogesh Brar (@heyitsyogesh), a well-known tipster, collaborated with Onsitego to leak the first renders and specifications of the upcoming OnePlus 10 or OnePlus 10T. In the leaked renders, the phone is shown in black with the OnePlus logo on the back. It has a hole-punch display on the front and a triple camera unit in the upper left corner of the device. The volume rocker is on the right side of the phone, while the power button is on the left.
Specifications for the OnePlus 10 (expected)
The OnePlus 10 will run OxygenOS 12 and have a 6.7-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, according to the leak. It is said to be powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC.
The OnePlus 10 is said to have a triple rear camera system, led by a 50-megapixel main sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS) and optical image stabilization (OIS) (Optical Image Stabilisation). The smartphone could have a 32-megapixel camera on the front. It’ll also have a 4,800mAh battery, according to rumours.
The OnePlus 10 is expected to succeed the OnePlus 10 Pro, which was launched in India in March for Rs. 66,999 for the base 8GB + 128GB storage model. It has an octa-core Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC, up to 12GB of RAM, and a 5,000mAh dual-cell battery with SuperVOOC wired charging support of up to 80W. A triple rear camera setup houses a 48-megapixel Sony IMX789 primary sensor.
