More iPhone 14 leaks are starting to surface online as the launch date draws nearer. According to some rumors, Apple will launch the iPhone 14 series on September 13. The company will introduce four new iPhone models, including two Max models. The iPhone 14 Max is reportedly taking the place of this year’s iPhone 13 mini model.
Apple is rumored to have made several changes to the iPhone 14 series’ design and specifications. The Pro models are said to get a lot more upgrades than the standard models. A new leak has now made the battery specifications of the upcoming iPhone model 2022 public.
Battery Information for the iPhone 14 Series
The Apple iPhone 14 models for this year reportedly have a bigger battery. The battery size of the most expensive model, the iPhone 14 Pro Max, will be a little bit smaller.
According to a tipper who shared the information on Baidu (via), the iPhone 14 will have a 3279 mAh battery. In contrast, the iPhone 13 has a 3227 mAh battery. The iPhone 14 Pro’s battery will have a 3200 mAh capacity, which is more than the 3095 mAh capacity of the 13 Pro.
The tipster also states that the iPhone 14 Pro Max’s battery will be 4323 mAh, which is lower than the 4352 mAh battery found in the iPhone 13 Pro Max.
Other information about the iPhone 14 Series has so far leaked
The Face ID sensors and front camera are located in a pill-shaped cutout at the top of the 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max, which are significant upgrades for the Pro models. All four of Apple’s upcoming models this year are said to have improved front cameras. The front camera will reportedly support autofocus, according to rumors.
The 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max will both support a 120Hz ProMotion refresh rate. Display sizes for these models will be 6.1 inches and 6.7 inches, respectively. There will still be a sizable notch at the top of the non-Pro models. These models have the same display size as the Pro models but do not support a 120Hz refresh rate.
An A16 Bionic chip will power the Pro models. An A15 chip will be used in the standard models. All four models should have 6GB of RAM.
According to rumors, the iPhone 14 Pro models will have three 48MP cameras. The standard models will have a dual-camera setup on the back.
