OnePlus Ace has been spotted on Geekbench with a MediaTek Dimensity 8100 soc and 160W charging

The existence of a new OnePlus smartphone called the OnePlus Ace has recently come to light thanks to a new leak. Since the OnePlus Nord and OnePlus R series lineups were introduced a few years ago, the upcoming smartphone from OnePlus will be the first in a new series of phones from the company.

The upcoming OnePlus Ace series phone was leaked a few days ago, and the phone will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8100 chipset with a super-fast 150W chipset, according to the leak. Now that the OnePlus Ace has been discovered on the Geekbench database, more information about the device is available.

Rumoured OnePlus Ace Spotted on Geekbench

A new OnePlus device with the model number PGKM10 has been discovered in the Geekbench database. This could very well be the OnePlus Ace. According to the listing, the OnePlus phone will have an octa-core MediaTek chipset with four cores clocked at 2.85GHz and four other cores clocked at 2GHz. This is the Dimensity 8100 chipset, which was just announced. With the SoC, the Mali-G610 MC6 GPU will be used.

The phone’s operating system version is also confirmed in the listing. Android 12 will be pre-installed on the OnePlus Ace. The device will have 12GB of RAM, but there will be multiple RAM and storage options available. The device scored 962 in the single-core test and 3819 in the multi-core round on Geekbench. Apart from the aforementioned information, the database does not reveal much else.

Specifications for the OnePlus Ace

According to the most recent leak, the OnePlus Ace will have a 6.7-inch FullHD+ AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. A 16MP selfie camera and a triple-camera setup on the back are expected on the upcoming phone. It’s rumored to have a 50MP Sony IMX766 primary sensor, an 8MP sensor, and a 2MP sensor, implying ultrawide, macro, and depth cameras.

The phone is said to have a 4,500mAh battery and 150W fast charging capabilities. The same model number’s 3C listing, on the other hand, revealed 160W fast charging support. All of the aforementioned specs were also spotted on Weibo in March, with the OnePlus Nord 3 being rumored at the time. The public has been confused by the new Ace series leak, and it will be interesting to see if OnePlus releases the phone in the coming days.
