Vivo is rumored to be working on the first foldable phone in the world. Later this month, the foldable smartphone is expected to be released. Vivo has yet to issue an official statement regarding the launch of the X Fold, the foldable phone’s rumored moniker. Meanwhile, a new live image of the Vivo X Fold has appeared on the web.
According to reports, the alleged device in the leaked image is the upcoming Vivo foldable smartphone. It shows the foldable display’s front and confirms some previously leaked information.
Live Image of the Vivo X Fold
The Vivo X Fold is expected to be released in China soon. The company is expected to announce the official launch date in the coming days. Meanwhile, a live image of the X Fold has surfaced, confirming that the foldable phone will have a hole-punch display. As previously stated, the hole punch cutout is located in the top center on the right side of the foldable panel. The foldable phone is encircled by bezels that are quite thin. It’s difficult to tell how visible the crease is right now.
According to the live image, the phone’s power and volume buttons will be on the right side. There is a cutout on the left edge. The specifics, however, are currently unknown.

According to rumors, the Vivo foldable smartphone will have an 8-inch foldable screen with a QHD+ resolution. A refresh rate of 120Hz will also be supported. The outer cover display will be curved and 6.5 inches in size. Full HD+ will be the resolution. There are currently no details on the refresh rate.
The phone is said to be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. It could have 12GB of RAM and 256GB/512GB of internal storage. On the phone, a circular camera module will be housed in a rectangular block. The phone is expected to have a 50MP primary camera, 48MP ultra-wide camera, 12MP tertiary sensor with 2x zoom, and an 8MP periscope sensor with 5x optical zoom, according to rumors.
