The OnePlus 10R India launch could be imminent, according to recent reports, as the phone has entered private testing in the country. The OnePlus 10R will be released in China and India in Q2 2022, according to a January report, and will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC. The OnePlus 10 Pro smartphone, which was released in China earlier this month and is expected to arrive in India and other markets later this month, will be followed by this device.
91Mobiles, citing industry sources, reported on the OnePlus 10R’s entry into private testing in India. The OnePlus 10 Pro is expected to arrive in India later this month, followed by the OnePlus 10R. The OnePlus 10R’s codename is Pickle. We don’t know much about the phone because it hasn’t been released anywhere yet.
Specifications for the OnePlus 10R (expected)
The OnePlus 10R will be equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC, 8GB of RAM, and 128GB of internal storage, according to a previous report. The OnePlus 10R is expected to be released in the second quarter of 2022, as previously stated. The phone is said to have an AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It will reportedly be limited to Asian markets, like other OnePlus R-series smartphones such as the OnePlus 9R and OnePlus 9RT.
A Weibo post earlier this month purportedly revealed the design of the OnePlus 10R. The image leak revealed the entire back design of the smartphone, giving us a glimpse of what to expect from the upcoming handset.
A rectangular-shaped camera island with a bump on the top of the back panel contained a large primary camera sensor and an LED flash, according to the image. Secondary camera sensors’ specifics are still unknown. As shown, the phone has a curved design with rounded edges. The OnePlus logo is located in the middle of the back panel.
