The iQoo Neo 6 specifications have been leaked online. According to a tip on the Chinese microblogging website Weibo, the smartphone will be powered by Qualcomm’s flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC and will support 80W fast charging. These specifications, however, differ from those revealed in December of last year by the phone’s alleged Google Play Console listing. The Snapdragon 888 SoC has been speculated to be used. The phone is expected to be released in China in the first quarter of 2022, according to reports.
Specifications for the iQoo Neo 6 (rumored)
The iQoo Neo 6 will have a 6.6-inch E4 AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, according to the Weibo post. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC and heat dissipation system, as well as a 4,700mAh battery with support for 80W fast charging, are expected to power the iQoo phone.
These details contradict a Google Play Console listing for the iQoo Neo 6. Depending on the market, the phone will run either Android 11-based OriginOS or FunTouch OS 12 and will have a full-HD+ (1,080×2,400 pixels) curved display with a centrally-aligned hole-punch cutout for the front camera. According to the old listing, the phone will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.
According to a report from November, the iQoo Neo 6E would be released in the mid-range segment and would be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G or Snapdragon 778G Plus SoC.
