A 4nm Exynos 2200 SoC will power the S22 Ultra. In some regions, a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC-powered variant will be available. Up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage are expected on the device. The phone also comes with Samsung’s S Pen.
