Realme GT 2 Series will be launched globally on February 28

The Realme GT 2 series’ global release has been confirmed. Next week, on the first day of the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2022, Realme will unveil its flagship series. The Realme GT 2 and the Realme GT 2 Pro are the two models in Realme’s flagship smartphone series. Both devices were released in China in early January. The standard Realme GT 2 is powered by the Snapdragon 888 SoC, while the Realme GT 2 Pro is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. It’s unclear whether the global and Chinese versions of smartphones will differ.

On February 28 at 9 a.m. GMT, Realme confirmed the global launch of the Realme GT 2 series via a press release and a tweet (2:30 pm IST). On the first day of MWC 2022, the flagship smartphone series will be unveiled, and the event will be broadcast live on Realme UK’s Twitter and YouTube accounts. Realme CEO Madhav Sheth hinted earlier this month that the Realme GT 2 and Realme GT 2 Pro would be released in India soon, though no specific date has been set.
