Realme 9 Pro Plus will have a heart rate sensor

Realme is rumoured to be launching the Realme 9 Pro series in India later this month, with the date set for February 16, one day after the global launch. The two phones in the series are the Realme 9 Pro and Pro Plus. For quite some time, Realme has been teasing the features of the upcoming 9 Pro series. The phone was also seen being held by KL Rahul, an Indian cricketer, confirming its design.

Madhav Sheth, Realme’s Vice President, recently announced that the Realme 9 Pro Plus will receive a recent update that will include an in-built heart rate sensor. On Twitter, Sheth confirmed a few details about the feature.

A Heart Rate Sensor Has Been Confirmed on the Realme 9 Pro Plus

According to a video shared by the company’s vice president, customers will be able to measure their heart rate on the Realme 9 Pro Plus by placing their fingers on the in-display fingerprint sensor. Once the heart rate has been recorded, the device will inquire about the consumer’s activity during the measurement. Users will be able to save and review their heart rate readings in the history section.
