Poco M4 Pro 5G Powered by Dimensity 810 SoC, 50MP Camera, 90Hz Display Launched in India

In India, Poco unveiled the Poco M4 Pro 5G smartphone today. In India, the company held an online event to unveil the latest M series device. The Poco M4 Pro was first introduced to the global market in November 2021.

The Poco M4 Pro 5G is a rebranded Chinese Redmi Note 11 5G that debuted in October 2021. The Poco M4 Pro 5G will be the successor to the Poco M3 Pro 5G.

Poco M4 Pro 5G Price and Availability in India

There are three different configurations for the Poco M4 Pro 5G. The base model with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage costs Rs 14,999, the 6GB+128GB model costs Rs 16,999, and the top-of-the-line 8GB+128GB model costs Rs 18,999. Power Black, Cool Blue, and Poco Yellow are the three colour options for the phone, which will go on sale on Flipkart on February 22 at noon.

A 6.6-inch Full HD+ display with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels, a refresh rate of 90 frames per second, a touch sampling rate of 240 frames per second, and a DCI-P3 wide colour gamut will be available on the Poco M4 Pro 4G. The phone is powered by a Dimensity 810 octa-core processor with an ARM Mali-G57 GPU built on a 6nm process. The phone has up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage, as well as 1TB microSD card support and 3GB of Turbo RAM (Virtual RAM). The phone weighs 195 grams and measures 163.56 x 75.78 x 8.75mm.

In terms of optics, the Poco M4 Pro has a 50MP main camera with an f/1,8 aperture and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens with a 119-degree field of view. There is a 16MP selfie camera on the front for selfies and video calls. A 5,000mAh battery powers the phone, which supports 33W fast charging and takes 60 minutes to fully charge. MIUI 12.5, which is based on Android 11, comes pre-installed on the Poco M4 Pro. Soon, the device will be updated to MIUI 13.

Other features include a side fingerprint scanner, AI face unlock, dual 5G SIM, Bluetooth 5.1, dual speaker setup, 3.5mm headphone jack, X-axis linear motor, IR blaster, and USB Type-C port.
