Oppo Enco X2 TWS with Dual Drivers, Bluetooth 5.2 Launched

The Oppo Enco X truly wireless earbuds were one of the brand’s most popular in 2021. The Oppo Enco X2 is the successor to Oppo’s widely popular TWS smartphone. yesterday in China, the Enco X2 and Oppo’s first tablet, the Oppo Pad, were both released.

The Enco X2 from Oppo comes with Ultra-wideband deep noise reduction, improved noise cancellation, a dual-driver setup, and wireless charging.

Price and Availability of the Oppo Enco X2

In China, the Oppo Enco X2 costs CNY 999 (roughly Rs 11,900) and comes in Mirror Night Black and Frost White colour options.

Specifications and features

The Oppo Enco X2 are in-ear earbuds, just like the Enco X. They have Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity, which has a low latency of 94 milliseconds, dual transmission, and a wireless range of 10 meters. In terms of design, each bud weighs 4.7 grams, and the Enco X2 as a whole weighs 56.5 grams. They’re also dust and water-resistant, with an IP54 rating, so they’ll keep you safe from sweat, rain, and dust.

In the audio department, there is an 11mm moving coil driver unit and a secondary 6mmflat diaphragm unit. The LHDC, SBC, and AAC codecs are supported by these buds, which have a sensitivity of 118dB@1kHz. Oppo’s proprietary Super DBEE 3.0 is also included, which enhances sound quality, low-frequency audio, and other features. There’s also support for wireless Hi-Res audio.

Similar to its predecessor, the Enco X2 features active noise cancellation with smart dynamic noise reduction, deep noise reduction, moderate noise reduction, mild noise reduction, transparency mode, enhanced vocals, and noise reduction off modes. For noise cancellation, three microphones and bone conduction AI call noise reduction is included. These buds have noise cancellation of up to 45 decibels, which is 10 decibels better than the previous-generation TWS.

In terms of battery life, the Enco X2 is rated to last up to 5 hours with ANC on and 6.5 hours with ANC off. The included charging case extends the battery life to 20 and 27 hours, respectively. These figures are for maximum ANC mode with LHDC encoding and a 50 percent volume level. Without ANC, they can survive for up to 40 hours. To charge the TWS, plug it into a Type-C port or use any Qi wireless charger.
