Oppo is nearing the launch of its next flagship smartphone series. In China, the Find X5 series is expected to be released later this year. Other countries are expected to get the top devices as well. The Enco X2 TWS could be released alongside the Find X5 series by Oppo.
Earlier last month, the company hinted at the launch but revealed little information about the truly wireless headphones (TWS). The next premium TWS’s design has been leaked online ahead of its official release. A source, Evan Blass, has also revealed Oppo TWS’s two colour options.

The Oppo Enco X2 will succeed the original Enco X when it is released. The TWS will be a little different from its predecessor in terms of design. It’ll come with a charging case that resembles cobblestones. There will be two colour options for the earbuds and charging case: black and white.

The design images had previously been leaked by Ice Universe, a tipster. We can get a better look at the earbuds’ design thanks to the leak. Each in-ear earbud features silicon rubber tips for a better fit and grip. Oppo has partnered with Dynaudio to tune its TWS, as evidenced by the Dynaudio branding on the stem.
The stem could support touch/pressure controls for various commands such as switching between tracks, playing/ pausing music, answering calls, and so on.
On the front, there’s Oppo branding, and on the back, there’s Dynaudio branding. At this time, it’s unclear whether the TWS will have a matte or glossy finish. Specifications and features of the TWS are also unknown. Likely, premium features like Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and Transparency mode will be included. At the very least, the TWS could have an IPX4 water resistance rating.
When the Enco X was first released, it had 11mm dynamic drives and a 6mm balanced membrane. Oppo hasn’t said whether the X2 will have a slightly larger driver. The battery capacity should be comparable to that of the original Enco X. More information should be available online in the coming days.
