OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G Powered by MediaTek Dimensity 900, 64MP Triple-Camera Setup Launched in India

OnePlus has released the Nord CE 2 5G in India. The new OnePlus smartphone is the company’s most recent mid-range offering in India. Last year in India, the vanilla Nord 2 was released, and the Nord CE 2 borrows some of its core features.

A triple-camera module is located on the back of the Nord CE 2. It comes in two different storage capacities. A MediaTek Dimensity processor powers the device. It will be available for purchase on Amazon India.

Price of OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G in India

OnePlus has launched the Nord CE 2 5G in India with two storage options. In the base model, the device has 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. It is priced at Rs 23,999. For Rs 24,999, the smartphone will also be available in an 8GB + 128GB storage configuration.

As part of the launch offers, customers with an ICICI Bank credit card can get a Rs 1,500 instant discount on the Nord CE 2 5G. The discount is also applicable to EMI transactions. It will be available for purchase on Amazon India and the OnePlus India website, among other places, starting February 22. The Nord CE 2 5G comes in two colours: Bahamas Blue and Grey Mirror.

Features and Specifications

A 6.43-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels is featured on the Nord CE 2 5G. The front camera is hidden behind a hole-punch cutout in the display’s top left corner. The Nord CE 2 5G is also HDRR10+ certified and has a 90Hz refresh rate panel.

A MediaTek Dimensity 900 SoC powers the device. It comes with 128GB of internal storage and up to 8GB of RAM. You can also expand the memory by inserting a microSD card.

The device is powered by a 4500 mAh battery. It has USB Type-C support for fast charging at 65W.

Three cameras are located on the phone’s back. It has a main camera sensor that is 64 megapixels in resolution. The primary camera is joined by an 8MP ultrawide camera and a 2MP macro camera sensor. For selfies, there’s a 16MP Sony IMX471 front camera.

The device weighs 173 grams and measures 7.8 millimeters in thickness. The device also includes a 3.5mm headphone jack. Oxygen OS 11, which is based on Android 11, comes pre-installed.
