OnePlus 10 Pro will launch in India by the end of March, company confirms

The launch date for the new OnePlus 10 Pro in India has finally been confirmed by OnePlus. Pete Lau announced during a conversation that the flagship OnePlus device will be launched by the end of March 2022. In January of this year, the device was released in China. The company also explained why the launch took place much sooner in its home market of China.

According to Lau, OnePlus has recognized the Chinese market’s enormous potential. To compete with other brands, OnePlus had to launch the new OnePlus 10 Pro in China months ahead of schedule. Furthermore, the CEO of the company stated that a device requires many more approvals before it can be released globally.

By the end of March 2022, the new OnePlus 10 Pro will be available in India, North America, and Europe, according to Pete Lau. At the MWC 2022 event, the company will also showcase the new OnePlus device.

In addition, Lau has announced that the company will launch a new retail model in India. OnePlus wants to create a seamless experience between the online and offline purchasing of a device. “With this new model, our customers in India will be able to order a product online, pick it up in a retail store, and take advantage of the services provided by our offline channels, such as having a OnePlus store member set up the product for you,” the company said in a statement. This will not only allow customers in India to receive OnePlus devices more quickly, but we are confident that it will also improve overall satisfaction with OnePlus products.”

OnePlus has announced that it will continue to release more products with 5G capabilities this year at a variety of price points. In India and Europe, this new product line-up will include the company’s most affordable 5G smartphone to date. In 2022, OnePlus will launch new IoT products in existing categories as well as expand into new IoT categories.

OnePlus has also announced that it will use the OPPO Research Institute’s 150W SUPERVOOC charging technology. In the second quarter of 2022, the technology will make its debut on a OnePlus smartphone.

To improve overall charging efficiency, a customized twin battery, a new battery PCB protection board, and an integrated microcontroller are used to enable fast charging. The 150W SUPERVOOC, according to the company, can charge a 4,500 mAh battery from 0% to 50% in just five minutes.
