In India, the Moto Edge 30 Pro, the company’s flagship phone and the successor to the Moto Edge 20 Poro, was released today. For quite some time, the device had been rumored to be coming to India, and today, the company finally unveiled its newest flagship in the country. The Moto Edge 30 Pro is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor, making it India’s cheapest phone with the latest Qualcomm chipset.
Moto Edge 30 Pro Price and Availability in India
The Moto Edge 30 Pro is priced at Rs 49,999 in India in a single configuration with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The phone will come in two colours: Cosmos Blue and Stardust White. The device’s online sale partner is Flipkart, and the device’s first sale is scheduled for March 4 at 12 p.m.
As part of the launch offers, buyers can get a Rs 5,000 instant discount on SBI cards via Flipkart. This cashback offer will expire on March 31, 2022.

Features and Specifications
The Moto Edge 30 Pro has a 6.7-inch Full HD+ 10-bit P-OLED display with a 20:9 aspect ratio, HDR, HDR10+ support, and 700 nits peak brightness. The device’s screen has a 144Hz refresh rate. In India, the device has 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB of UFS3.1 internal storage.
The device is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor under the hood. The Adreno 730 GPU is included in this SoC, which is manufactured on a 4nm process. For the rest of the tasks, it has a large Cortex X2 core running at 3GHz, three Cortex A710 mid cores running at 2.5GHz, and four Cortex A510 cores running at 1.8GHz. It also supports multiple 5G bands in India.
The Edge 30 Pro has a 50MP main sensor with OIS (OV50A40) and f/1.88 aperture, as well as a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens with f/2.2 aperture and a 2MP depth lens. A 60MP selfie camera (OV60A40) is also included. The device has a 4,800mAh battery that supports 68W Type-C fast charging and runs on Android 12 out of the box, with an assured OS upgrade to Android 13 and 14 as well as two years of quarterly security updates.
The phone’s back is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5, which comes in two colours. Among the other features are Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax, IP52 Water Resistance, 15W Wireless Charging, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, ThinkShield for Mobile, and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
