In India, Lenovo unveiled a new gaming laptop today. Lenovo Legion Slim 7 is the latest addition to the company’s Legion 7 series, which debuted globally last year. The laptop is now being shipped to India by the company.
Lenovo’s Legion Slim 7 is touted as one of the thinnest gaming laptops with Windows 11 pre-installed. It has an AMD Ryzen 7 5800H processor and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 graphics card and weighs less than 2 kilograms. Lenovo’s Legion Slim 7 ‘is built to bring mobility, agility, and unrivaled style to the gaming arena with its lightweight form factor and uncompromised performance and battery life,’ according to the company.

The Lenovo Legion Slim 7 is available in Shadow Black and has a starting price of Rs 1,44,990. Starting February 28, it will be available for purchase on Lenovo.com, Lenovo Exclusive stores, and online and offline channel partners.

The Lenovo Legion Slim 7 has a 15.6-inch WQHD anti-glare IPS display with a peak brightness of 300 nits, Dolby Vision support, and a screen refresh rate of 165Hz, according to the specifications. It has a 180-degree zero-bump hinge, slim bezels, and a webcam with a privacy shutter.
The AMD Ryzen 7 5800H mobile processor is combined with the latest Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 GPU to give the Lenovo Legion Slim 7 laptop a total graphics power of up to 100W. It also has the Legion AI Engine, which is a system of AI solutions designed to dynamically shift power between the CPU and GPU for higher FPS during gaming, according to the company. The Legion Slim 7 is equipped with the Legion Coldfront 3.0 thermal solution, which allows gamers to enjoy maximum clock speeds with no throttling during long gaming sessions. It comes pre-installed with Windows 11 and three months of Game Pass.
The Lenovo Legion Slim 7 has up to 28GB of DDR4-3200 RAM and 1TB of SSD M.2 2280 PCIe 3.04 NVMe storage space. It has two 2W Harman stereo speakers with Nahimic Audio for audio. A 720p webcam with a privacy shutter is also included. The Lenovo Legion Slim 7 comes with a 71Wh battery that supports Rapid Charge Pro technology and lasts up to eight hours, according to the company.
