Sniper Elite 5 has a new cinematic trailer, and the Rebellion team is using it to remind simulation shooter fans that the next chapter in their “sniper” series will be available on Xbox Game Pass at launch.
The Oxford software house has released a Cinematic Trailer that allows us to take on the role of war hero Karl Fairburne and participate in one of the many missions that he will undertake in Great Britain, France, and the rest of Europe to combat the Nazi threat.
On the gaming front, Rebellion promises to immerse fans of the genre in a realistic and immersive experience, thanks to the use of cutting-edge photogrammetry technologies for the reconstruction of environments and the evolution of character animations, particularly when it comes to the use of ziplines and actions like climbing and sliding.

Those who work to thwart Operation Kraken’s Nazi plans will also be able to take part in more stratified cooperative missions, where they will be able to share ammunition and items, give orders, and heal allies who will accompany us into battle from the start of the game or after being “called back to service” halfway through the mission. There will also be PvP challenges from the main campaign, as well as the return of the beloved, old Killcam in slow motion, this time in a more brutal form.
Sniper Elite 5 is set to hit PC, PS4, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X / S in 2022.
