In the United States, the price of the Samsung Galaxy S22 series has been leaked. The Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+, and Galaxy S22 Ultra are all expected to be included. The news comes just days after Samsung began taking pre-orders in the United States for its next flagship smartphone, the Galaxy S22, as well as the upcoming Galaxy Tab S8 tablet. The three smartphones’ European prices were recently published online. Samsung is expected to reveal the smartphones on February 9th at its Galaxy Unpacked 2022 event, according to reports.
Price of the Samsung Galaxy S22 series (expected)
The prices of Samsung Galaxy S22 series smartphones have been revealed in two separate instances. The first comes from @TechInsiderBlog, who tweeted that the Galaxy S22 will start at $899 (roughly Rs. 67,100), the Galaxy S22+ will start at $1,099 (roughly Rs. 82,100), and the Galaxy S22 Ultra will start at $1,299 (roughly Rs. 82,100). The second source of the Galaxy S22 series price leak in the United States is an image posted on Imgur, an image sharing and hosting service, which shows the same prices as those leaked by @TechInsiderBlog in a Google form of a survey. This comes just one day after WinFuture.de’s Roland Quandt revealed European Samsung Galaxy S22 prices. The Samsung Galaxy S22 will be priced at EUR 849 (roughly Rs. 71,700), the Samsung Galaxy S22+ at EUR 1,049 (roughly Rs. 88,600), and the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra at EUR 1,249, according to Quandt (roughly Rs. 88,600). Aside from the prices, the image on Imgur also shows that the phone will be released in the United States on February 8. However, there is no mention of the time of the launch event. According to Evan Blass (@evleaks), the Galaxy Unpacked event to launch the Galaxy S22 series will take place on February 9. The event will begin at 15:00 UTC (8:30 pm IST) on February 9, which is 10 am New York Time on that day, according to the report.
