Samsung Galaxy S21 FE Launched in India with Exynos 2100 chipset

Samsung has unveiled a new premium smartphone in India. India received the Galaxy S21 FE a few days after the rest of the world. The device was unveiled a month before the Galaxy S22 series was set to debut. The Galaxy S21 FE shares some of the same key specifications as its more expensive siblings. An Exynos 2100 processor powers it. In the US version of the phone, the Snapdragon 888 chipset is used.

Samsung’s newest smartphone will face off against the OnePlus 9RT, which will be unveiled in India on January 14th. Another smartphone in this price range is the Xiaomi 11T Pro, which will be released in India on January 19.

Price of Samsung Galaxy S21 FE in India

The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE comes in two storage capacities in India. The introductory price for the 8GB + 128GB variant is Rs 49,999, while the introductory price for the 8GB + 256GB variant is Rs 53,999. The prices include a Rs 5,000 cashback on HDFC Bank credit cards.

The phone is available in four colours: olive, lavender, white, and graphite. Beginning January 11, it will be available for purchase on the Samsung E-store, Amazon India, and other retail partners.

Features and Specifications

The S21 Fan Edition comes with a 6.4-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display. It has a 1080 x 2400 resolution and an in-display fingerprint scanner. There’s also a 19.5:9 aspect ratio and a 120Hz refresh rate on the phone. The 32MP front camera is housed in a hole-punch cutout in the center.

Three cameras are located on the device’s back. There’s a 12MP main camera sensor with OIS and an f/1.8 aperture, a 12MP ultrawide sensor with a 123-degree field of view, and an 8MP telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom and up to 30x Space Zoom (Samsung’s term for digital zoom).

The S21 FE camera has dual recording, Portrait mode, Night mode, Space zoom, Single Take, and other features.

It comes with a 4,500mAh battery that supports 25W fast charging and 15W wireless charging. A charger is not included in the box. Under the hood of the India variant is an Exynos 2100 processor. The phone complies with IP68 water resistance standards. OneUI 4.0, which is based on Android 12, comes pre-installed. What are your thoughts on the Galaxy S21 FE’s price?
