Redmi K50 Series with Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC and 120W Fast Charging showed up on Geekbench, TENAA, and 3C

After launching the Xiaomi 12 series of devices, Xiaomi is gearing up to launch the Redmi K50 lineup. The first teaser for the upcoming Redmi K50 series was released earlier this week by Lu Weibing, Redmi’s General Manager. In a new development, a Redmi K50 series handset with the model number 21121210C was discovered on the Geekbench, 3C, and TENAA certification websites. This may be the Redmi K50 Pro, which will feature a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC and 120W charging.

Redmi 21121210C could be the Redmi K50 Pro!

The Redmi 21121210C received 1226 points in the Geekbench 5 single-core round. The multi-core test score was 3726, according to the results. According to Geekbench, the handset will have an octa-core processor with 1 + 3 + 4 core configuration, 3.0GHz peak clock frequency, and codename taro. This confirms that the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor will power the Redmi 21121210C.

On the 3C certification website, the Redmi 21121210C was also discovered, with 120W fast charging. The phone will have 12GB of RAM and come preloaded with Android 12 according to the geekbench listing. Based on the processor and charging capabilities, we can assume the Redmi 21121210C is the Redmi K50 Pro.

The Redmi K40 Pro and Redmi K40 Pro+ were the only Redmi K40 devices with Qualcomm’s flagship Snapdragon 888 processor last year. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor had previously only been found in the Redmi K30 Pro and Redmi K30 Pro Zoom, the K30 series’ only handsets.

Earlier this week, Redmi teased that a handset with a 4,700mAh battery and 120W fast charging would be released soon. As a result, the Redmi K50 Pro could get a battery with a capacity of 4,700mAh. Some Redmi K50-series devices are expected to be released by Xiaomi. In the coming days, we should learn more about the upcoming Redmi K50 series devices.
