The Realme GT 2 series of devices was released in China earlier this week. The company also unveiled a new Limited Edition variant of the Realme GT Neo 2 – the Realme GT Neo 2 Dragon Ball Edition – alongside the GT 2 series devices. Realme CMO Francis Wong teased the launch of the Realme GT 2 Neo Dragon Ball Edition in India just a few days after the Chinese launch.
The device’s back has a matte finish glass with an orange and blue paint job on the Dragon Ball Edition. Blue is also the colour of the device’s frame. The colour scheme of the Dragon Ball Edition is inspired by Goku’s outfit. Francis asked fans on Twitter if they wanted the Relame GT 2 Neo Dragon Ball Edition to be released in India and Europe.

Such teasers are fairly common these days, in which company officials first ask their fans if they are interested in the device. In the coming days, they’ll start sharing teasers for the product launch. Based on this, we can expect the Realme GT Neo 2 Dragon Ball Edition to be released in India soon.

Specifications and features of the Realme GT Neo 2
The GT Neo 2 features a 6.62-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels, a refresh rate of 120Hz, the brightness of up to 1300 nits, HDR10+, and Corning Gorilla Glass5 protection, as well as a 6.62-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels, a refresh rate of 120Hz, HDR10+, and Corning Gorilla Glass The display also has an optical in-display fingerprint scanner.
The Snapdragon 870 octa-core processor in the GT Neo 2 is manufactured on a 7nm process. It comes with an Adreno 650 GPU, 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM, and 256GB of UFS3.1 storage. The device runs Realme’s proprietary Realme UI 2.0, which is based on Android 11.
On the back of the GT Neo 2, there are three cameras and an LED flash. A 64-megapixel main camera with an f/1.8 aperture, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens with a 119-degree field of view, and an f/2.2 aperture, and a 2-megapixel macro camera with an f/2.4 aperture are all included. It has a punch-hole notch with a 16MP selfie camera hidden inside.
The GT Neo 2 has a 5,000mAh battery with 65W fast charging support. It has a Type-C charging port, NFC, and stereo speakers that deliver Dolby Atmos and Hi-Res audio. The Android 12 update has already begun rolling out to Realme’s Realme UI 3.0 Early Access program.
