Realme Book Enhanced Air Launched with 11th Gen Intel Core i5 processor, Lighter Build

Realme made its debut in the Indian laptop market last year with the RealmeBook Slim. Two Intel 11th-generation processor variants of the company’s affordable laptop line were released in India. The company has expanded its Realme laptop lineup with the launch of the new Realme Book Enhanced Air in China.

The new Realme laptop is powered by an Intel 11-generation processor. Out of the box, the laptop has 16GB of RAM. To keep the weight down, the company has released a new laptop with a polyester polymer frame.

For CNY 4699, Realme has released the Enhanced Air, which comes with a single 16GB RAM option and 512GB of NVMe SSD (roughly Rs 55,120). The two colours available are Sky Blue and Island Grey. There is no word on when the device will be released in India at this time. It is expected to arrive in the coming months, though.

The Realme laptop’s 14-inch IPS display has a 2K resolution of 2160 x 1440 pixels. It has a peak brightness of 400 nits and sRGB colour coverage of 100 percent.

Under the hood is a quad-core Intel Core i5-11320H processor with Intel Xe graphics. The processor runs at 3.2GHz with a top speed of 4.5GHz. As previously stated, the Realme laptop comes with 16GB of DDR4 4266MHz RAM and a 512GB NVMe SSD.

For video calls, there’s a 720p webcam on the top bezel. Windows 11 is already installed on the laptop. It has a 1.3mm key travel and a backlit keyboard with two levels of illumination. The laptop’s ports include a 3.5mm headphone jack, two USB Type-C 3.2 Gen 2 ports, one USB Type-A 3.1 Gen 1 port, and one Thunderbolt 4 port. To unlock the device, a fingerprint scanner is employed.

The laptop has DTS surround sound and stereo speakers tuned by Harmon Kardon. It is powered by a 54-watt-hour battery. According to Realme, the battery can last up to 12 hours on a single charge. It also supports 65W PD charging, which claims to charge the battery from 0% to 50% in 30 minutes. As expected, Wi-Fi 6 802.11ax (2.4GHz and 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.2, and other features are available.
