Oppo Find X5 Pro will have a 120Hz LTPO display and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC, according to a new leak

Oppo’s new Find X-series flagship smartphones are expected to be released later this year. The Find X5 series, according to rumors, will be released in February or March 2022. In the Find X5 and Find X5 Pro series, Oppo is expected to release at least two smartphones. Oppo has yet to confirm the official launch date. While we wait for that, a new Find X5 series leak has revealed some information.

Digital Chat Station has leaked the Oppo Find X5 Pro’s key specifications (DCS). Although the tipster has since taken down the post, Abhishek Yadav was able to get a screenshot before it was taken down.

Specifications for the Oppo Find X5 Pro

The Find X5 Pro will be Oppo’s top-tier flagship smartphone in 2022. The upcoming Oppo smartphone will have an LTPO 2.0 display, similar to the OnePlus 10 Pro, according to leaked specifications. The phone will also feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 2K resolution. According to previously leaked design renders, the screen is slightly curved on the sides and has a hole-punch cutout in the top left corner.

The Find X5 Pro will, as expected, have a 120Hz refresh rate display that switches between 1Hz and 120Hz using LTPO technology. The phone will have a 32MP front camera sensor for selfies and video calls. The camera setup on the back will include a 50MP Sony IMX766 main camera sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS). The same sensor will be used for ultrawide shooting with a longer focal length. A 13MP camera that can be used as a telephoto shooter will round out the triple-camera setup.

A Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor will power the phone. According to reports, the phone will have a 5000 mAh battery and support for 80W wired fast charging. In addition, wireless charging at a rate of 50 watts will be supported by the device.

Oppo’s MariSilicon X chip, which was unveiled at the Oppo INNO Day 2021, will also be included. The new imaging Neural Processing Unit (NPU) is made using a 6nm process, and it is said to have improved performance and power efficiency.

At this time, there is no word on when the game will be released. In the coming days, more information should be available online.
