Micromax IN Note 2 Launched in India with 48MP Quad-Rear Camera and Helio G95 SoC

In India, Micromax has launched the Micromax IN Note 2 smartphone. Micromax appears to have taken design cues from Samsung’s Galaxy S21 series with the successor to last year’s IN Note 1. It has a glass sandwich design. The In Note 2 has a quad-camera setup on the back and an AMOLED display. It has an Helio G95 processor and a 5,000mAh battery with 30W fast charging.

Only one configuration of the IN Note 2 will be available: 4GB + 64GB for Rs 13,490. As an introductory offer, users can get it for Rs. 12,490. Beginning January 30, it will be available exclusively on Flipkart.

Specifications and features of the Micromax IN Note 2

The Micromax IN Note 2 has a 6.43-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, a pixel density of 466ppi, a brightness of 550nits, and a 20:9 aspect ratio, with a pixel density of 466ppi, a brightness of 550nits, and a pixel density of 466ppi. It is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass and has a punch-hole notch in the center.

The device is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G95 processor. The Helio G95 features a Mali G76 GPU and is manufactured on a 12nm process. The Redmi Note 10S, Realme 8, Realme Narzo 30, and other phones with the Helio G95 processor will compete against the IN Note 2. It has four gigabytes of LPDDR4X memory and 64 gigabytes of UFS 2.1 storage.

The IN Note 2 has a quad-rear camera setup as well as an LED flash when it comes to cameras. A 48MP camera serves as the device’s primary sensor. There’s also a 5MP ultra-wide-angle lens with a 115° field of view. A 2MP macro and a 2MP depth sensor are also included in the device. For selfies and video calls, it has a 16MP camera.

The IN Note 2 has a 5000mAh battery and supports 30W fast charging. There’s a Type-C charging port on the side, a fingerprint scanner on the back, a dedicated micro-SD card slot, and a 3.5mm audio jack. Connectivity options include dual-SIM, 4G, VoLTE, 2.4GHz/5GHz WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, and GPS.

The IN Note 2 is powered by Android 11 and comes in two colours: black and oak. The handset weighs 205 grams and is 159.9 x 74.3 x 8.34mm in size.
