The Xiaomi 12 series will be released in China on December 28. The company is expected to release at least three new devices, including the vanilla 12, 12X, and 12 Pro. Before the launch, the company has begun teasing the features of its upcoming flagship devices. While the majority of the details have yet to be revealed, thanks to a new leak, the rumor mill has made the wait a little easier. A new poster has leaked the Xiaomi 12’s full specifications. Not only that but the price of Xiaomi’s upcoming smartphone was also revealed.
Xiaomi 12 specifications and price
The Xiaomi 12 will be available in three storage options, according to a new leak. CNY 3699 for the base model with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. (approximately Rs 43,700) For CNY 3999, you can get an 8GB + 256GB model. (approximately Rs 47,200). Finally, in China, the top-of-the-line 12GB + 256GB model costs CNY 4,399 (roughly Rs 52,000). Panda, the poster’s leaker, has also provided a list of the device’s specifications.
It will have a hole-punch display with a 6.28-inch screen. The display has a Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The display has HDR10+ certification, a Display Mate A+ rating, Dolby Vision, and other features.
The device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. It has up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. A 4500 mAh battery and 67W wired charging will be included in the upcoming Xiaomi phone. Wireless charging at a rate of 30 watts will also be supported by the phone.

On the back of the phone, there will be a triple-camera setup with a 50MP /1.28″ sensor and OIS support. There’s also a 13MP ultrawide camera with a 123-degree field of view, as well as a third telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom and OIS. The zoom lens has a 10x hybrid zoom and a 30x digital zoom. The device comes with MIUI 13 pre-installed, which is based on Android 12. Other features include NFC, IR blaster, Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi 6E, 5G, X-axis linear motor, and more.
While the majority of the specifications appear to be correct, the leaked pricing information should be treated with caution until it has been confirmed officially.
