Oppo Reno 7 5G New Year Edition has been launched in a Red Velvet colour: Price, Specifications

The Chinese tech giant Oppo has released a special edition of the Reno 7 5G dubbed Oppo Reno 75G New Year Edition. The special edition model is available in a new colour and has a custom logo etched on the back panel. The Oppo Reno 7 5G New Year Edition is currently only available in China, with no information on when it will be available in other markets. In November, the Oppo Reno 7 series was released in China, but it has yet to be released internationally.

Price and availability of the Oppo Reno 7 5G New Year Edition

The Oppo Reno 7 5G New Year Edition is priced at the same level as the regular Oppo Reno7 5G. The 8GB RAM + 128GB storage model costs CNY 2,699 (roughly Rs. 31,800), the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage model costs CNY 2,999 (roughly Rs. 35,400), and the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage model costs CNY 3,299 (roughly Rs. 35,400). Because the Oppo Reno 7 5G New Year Edition is just a redesigned version of the original Oppo Reno 7 5G, it has the same specifications as the original Oppo Reno 75G, which was released in China in November. The Snapdragon 778G processor comes with up to 12GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.1 storage.

A triple rear camera system on the Oppo Reno 7 5G New Year Edition includes a 64-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel wide-angle sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro lens. On the front, there’s a Sony IMX709 sensor with 32 megapixels. 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.2, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, and a USB Type-C port are among the connectivity options. The phone’s battery capacity is 4,500mAh, and it supports 60W Flash Charge fast charging.
