OnePlus 10 Pro Teaser Video Reveals Launch Date and Design

The OnePlus 10 Pro’s official launch date in China has been announced. The new OnePlus flagship will be unveiled on January 11th. On Weibo, the company released an official teaser video for the upcoming handset. The teaser video also shows the device in its entirety, in addition to the launch date. The official teaser video’s design is similar to the renders that were leaked online last month.

The OnePlus 10 Pro will have a different design language than its predecessor. In the teaser video, the handset is shown in two colour options: black and green. On the back of the phone, there will be a triple camera setup as well as Hasselblad branding. The camera bump on the device is similar to the one on the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, but it only extends to the right edge. On the right edge, the device will have a power button and an alert slider, similar to other OnePlus devices.

Specifications and features of the OnePlus 10 Pro

The OnePlus 10 Pro has already been listed on the Geekbench and 3C certification websites. According to the Geekbench database, the upcoming flagship will be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor and 12GB of RAM. Android 12 will be installed on the device, which is the most recent version of Google’s mobile operating system. Furthermore, the upcoming OnePlus handset will support 80W fast charging, according to 3C certification.

The specifications for the OnePlus 10 Pro have previously been leaked. According to a leak from Digital Chat Station, the phone will have a 6.7-inch Curved LTPO AMOLED display. The panel will have a 2K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It has a 5,000mAh battery and a 50W wireless charging capability, according to reports.

On the back of the phone, there will be a triple camera setup. The primary shooter among these three sensors will be a 48MP sensor. As an ultra-wide-angle lens, a 50MP sensor will be used, which will be accompanied by a 50MP sensor. The device also includes an 8MP auxiliary sensor, but its functionality is unknown. On the upcoming OnePlus flagship, a 32MP selfie camera will be housed inside a punch-hole notch.
