Lava Agni 5G With MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoC, Quad Rear Cameras Launched in India

Lava made a comeback in India with the launch of the Z-series earlier this year. A low-cost 4G smartphone with a variety of storage options was released by the company. Lava has entered the 5G smartphone segment in India with the launch of the Lava Agni 5G, just months after making a comeback. The Agni 5G is a low-cost smartphone that retails for under Rs 20,000. It competes with smartphones in India that cost less than Rs 20,000, such as the Realme 8 Pro 5G, Redmi Note 10 Pro series, Poco X3 Pro, iQOO Z3 5G, and others.

Price of Lava Agni 5G in India

There is only one storage option available with the Lava Agni 5G. The device has 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage and costs Rs 19,999. users who pre-book the device on the Lava E-store until November 17 can get it for Rs 17,999 as part of the launch offer. There is only one colour option for the phone: blue. On November 18, the device will be available for purchase on Flipkart, Amazon, and the Lava E-store.

Features and specifications

The Lava Agni 5G is Lava’s first 5G smartphone in India. The Dimensity 810 SoC from MediaTek is included. The 5G processor supports up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. To expand storage, a microSD card can be used.

It has a 5000 mAh battery with 30W fast charging capability. A USB Type-C port is located on the device’s bottom edge. The Agni 5G has a 3.5mm headphone jack as well. The rectangular module on the back houses a quad-camera setup. It has a primary camera sensor that is 64 megapixels in resolution. A 5MP ultrawide sensor and two 2MP depth and macro sensors are included in the phone.

The hole-punch cutout in the top center of the display on the front houses a 16MP front camera. Lava’s first 5G smartphone in India features a 6.78-inch Full HD+ IPS LCD. A refresh rate of 90Hz is supported by the screen. It has a 91.7 percent screen-to-body ratio. On the side of the phone is a fingerprint scanner, as well as AI Face Unlock.
