Honor is preparing to launch its newest premium smartphone line. On December 1st, the Honor 60 series will be launched. As part of the series, two to three smartphones are expected to be released. Among them are the Honor 60, Honor 60 Pro, and Honor 60 SE. On December 1, no official word on how many devices will be available. While we wait for that, the company has unveiled the design of the vanilla model. The teaser poster reveals the back panel design.
Honor 60 design
In anticipation of the launch of the Honor 60 series, Honor has released a new teaser. According to the latest teaser, the camera module design has been slightly tweaked in comparison to the Honor 50 series. There’s still a large pill-shaped camera module inside with two large circular cutouts. A single-camera sensor is housed in each of the two cutouts. A tiny tertiary sensor is sandwiched between the two large cutouts. Honor has not revealed any details about the camera sensor as of yet. The rumor mill has also kept the camera specifications of the upcoming Honor smartphones under wraps.
So far, the devices that support fast charging up to 66W have been leaked. While the standard and Pro models should be able to charge at 66W, the SE model may only be able to charge at 40W or 44W. The standard model is also expected to have a dual-camera setup inside a pill-shaped cutout on the display. On the other hand, the Pro model is likely to have a single front camera.
The Pro model has also been spotted with a Snapdragon 870 SoC and a 4500 mAh battery.
The phone will be available in a starry blue colour, according to Honor’s teaser image. According to the company, more colour options will be available in the future.
