Three Realme smartphones, model numbers RMX3461, RMX3642, and RMX3643, were recently certified by the TENAA in China. RMX3641 and RMX3643 appear to be for the Realme Q3s, which was recently released in China, while RMX3642 appears to be for the upcoming Realme Q3t, which could be released soon. In China Telecom’s database, the phone is listed as the Realme Q3t with the RMX3642 model number, indicating that it will be released soon. Some of the phone’s specifications, such as display size, rear camera and front-facing camera specifications, storage, and the device’s retail price, are available on the webpage. The page also mentions colour variants, which we couldn’t make out from the Chinese, but one of which appears to be blue.
However, because the Realme Q3t appears to have the same specifications as the Realme Q3s, it may only be available through China Telecom. The Realme Q3t comes with a 6.6-inch full HD+ IPS LCD display with a punch-hole in the top left corner. Using data and images from the China Telecom database, we were able to confirm this. However, unlike the Realme Q3s, we’re not sure if the display has a high refresh rate of 144Hz. A fingerprint scanner is located on the phone’s side.

The phone has a Snapdragon 778 SoC, 8GB of RAM, and 256GB of internal storage from Qualcomm. There’s also a MicroSD slot for memory expansion of up to 1TB. A triple camera setup on the back of the phone is included in the camera setup. The primary camera has 48 megapixels, with two 2-megapixel ultra-wide or macro lenses. On the front, there’s a 16-megapixel selfie camera.
The Snapdragon 778 supports both mmWave and Sub-6 5G bands, according to China Telecom’s database, but the Realme Q3t appears to have only a few Sub-6 bands. The phone also has 4G LTE, a USB-C port, and a 3.5 mm headphone jack. The phone has a 5000mAh battery, but there is no mention of charging speeds or fast charging. Like its brother, the Realme Q3s could have 5GB of virtual RAM, which is ideal for gamers.
It’s still unclear whether the phone is only available through China Telecom. 1.999 Yuan is the suggested retail price (roughly Rs 23,000). However, until the phone is officially released in China, we won’t know for sure how much it will cost. The Real Q3s and Q3s aren’t coming to India anytime soon, but we’ll keep you updated if anything changes.
