Later this year, the Oppo Reno 7 series is expected to be released. According to previous rumors, the company will release two new smartphones, the Reno 7 and Reno 7 Pro. The company is said to have skipped the launch of Reno 7 Pro Plus this time around. It has been revealed that the Reno 7 series will be expanded with a third smartphone, the Reno 7 SE. Oppo has not yet announced a launch date. The specifications of all three Oppo Reno 7 smartphones were leaked online before the official announcement.
Oppo Reno 7 series leaked
According to the most recent leak, the Reno 7 series will include three new smartphones. This time, the company will introduce a new “SE” model. The Reno 7 and Reno 7 Pro are the first smartphones in the world to feature a 6.5-inch Full HD+ OLED display. The standard model’s display will refresh at 90Hz, while the 7 Pro’s display will refresh at 120Hz. Both phones will come with a 4,500 mAh battery that supports 65W fast charging.
Both devices will share a 32MP front camera sensor. On the back, there will be a 50MP Sony IMX766 sensor, as well as a 16MP ultrawide camera and a 2MP portrait camera on the vanilla model.
A 50MP Samsung GN5 sensor, a 64MP OmniVision OV64B ultrawide camera, and a 13MP telephoto camera will make up the Reno 7 Pro’s triple-camera setup.
The MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC will power the Reno 7, which will have 8GB/ 12GB RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. On the other hand, the Pro model will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor.
Reno 7 SE specs
Most likely, this device will be at the bottom of all three. Power will come from a MediaTek Dimensity 920 SoC. The phone will feature a 6.43-inch Full HD+ display with a 90-frame-per-second refresh rate. According to Oppo, the phone will have up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. It will have a 4,300 mAh battery and support for 65W fast charging.
With a triple-camera setup on the back, the phone’s primary camera sensor will be 32MP. The camera features a 64-megapixel OmniVision OV64B primary sensor, an 8-megapixel Sony IMX355 sensor, and a 2-megapixel portrait sensor.
Oppo has not released any official information about the devices, but they are expected to be released in November.
