Following the launch of the Nokia G50 5G smartphone on October 6th, Nokia is working on a new budget smartphone called the Nokia G300 5G. Now, a new leak claims to have uncovered some images and specifications for HMD Global’s new Nokia G300 5G smartphone. The Nokia G300 5G has a similar design to the Nokia G50 5G, which has a circular rear camera housing and a waterdrop notch. Both devices are also powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 480 processor.
Specifications of the Nokia G300 5G have been leaked
Nokia Power User has leaked the Nokia’s G300 5G specifications as well as some renderings of the device’s design. The Nokia G3005G will have a TFT display with a pixel resolution of 720 1,600 and a pixel density of 386ppi. Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 480 processor, which supports 5G, is said to power the device. It will have 64GB of internal storage that can be expanded to 1TB with the use of a microSD card. The Nokia’s G3005G has a design that is very similar to the Nokia G50 5G smartphone. It has a waterdrop notch upfront, as well as a thick chin with Nokia branding. Nokia’s current design language includes a circular camera housing on the back.

A triple camera setup consisting of a 16MP main camera, a 5MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP depth sensor will be housed in the back circular camera housing. A front-facing 8MP camera will be included in the Nokia G3005G. This low-cost device will be capable of shooting 1080p video at 30 frames per second. The Nokia G300 5G is expected to have a T3/M3 Hearing Aid Compatible (HAC) rating, as well as GPS, Wi-Fi, 5G, LTE, and Bluetooth support. A 4,470mAh battery will power the Nokia G300 5G. Up to 14.4 hours of talk time and 28 days and 11.5 hours of standby time are possible.
