JioPhone Next price Officially Announced: Starts at Rs. 1,999

Jio has finally launched its first touch screen smartphone, the JioPhone Next, with a starting price of Rs. 1,999, after years of leaks and speculation. This is a subsidized price, similar to the JioPhone and JioPhone 2, where the user can pay the balance via EMI.

Here are the details on Jio’s various plans for purchasing the JioPhoneNext. The EMI of the smartphone, as well as voice and 4G data services, will all be included in these plans. The JioPhone Next is also available for Rs. 6,499 without a contract.

Jio Phone Next Always-On Plan

For Rs. 300 and Rs. 350, users of the JioPhone Next Always-On Play can choose between a 24-month or 18-month contract. For this price, the company will provide 5GB of 4G data and 100 minutes of voice calls per month. Please note that there is an additional Rs. 501 processing fee.

Jio Phone Next Large Plan

For 24 months, the Jio Phone Next Large Plan costs Rs. 450 per month, or Rs. 500 for 18 months. This plan includes 1.5GB of 4G data per day as well as free unlimited calls.

Jio Phone Next XL Plan

The JioPhone Next XL plan costs Rs. 500 for a 24-month contract and Rs. 550 for an 18-month contract. Under this plan, users will receive 2GB 4G of data per day, as well as free voice calls.

Jio Phone Next XXL Plan

On the JioPhone Next XXL plan, a user must pay Rs. 550 for the 24-month plan and Rs. 600 for the 18-month plan. This plan comes with 2.5GB of 4G data per day and unlimited calling for free.
