Video game publisher Rockstar Games has announced the release date for the upcoming Grand Theft Auto Trilogy (GTA). Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition will be available worldwide on November 11th, with physical releases following on December 7th, according to a trailer released by the company. The newly revamped versions of the classic games are also shown in the trailer. In the United States, the Trilogy will cost $59.99, while in the United Kingdom, it will cost £54.99. (UK). The GTA Trilogy consists of three games: GTA 3, GTA: Vice City, and GTA: San Andreas.
The new versions of the games were created by Grove Street Games and were modernized using Epic’s Unreal Engine. The trilogy will be released on the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and Series S, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. The Rockstar Games Launches are required to play The Trilogy on PC.

According to Rockstar, the new games will have a new lighting system that will improve shadows, weather, and reflections. In the trailers, the game’s scenery is much more vibrant, and the characters and vehicles are much more defined. Road, building, and other object textures appear to have improved as well, though they still fall short of GTA V’s graphics. It would be unreasonable to expect anything less given the age of GTA 3, GTA: Vice City, and GTA: San Andreas.
Even though The Trilogy has been rumored for a long time, Rockstar Games only confirmed its existence earlier this month. On the PC, these games will support Nvidia’s DLSS features, while the PS5 and Xbox Series X versions will feature 4K resolution and 60 frames per second. Microsoft’s GamePass service is expected to be available for the Xbox version.
Grand Theft Auto 3, Vice City, and San Andreas are three of the most iconic games in gaming history. These three games are etched in the minds of gamers all over the world, despite the success of GTA: V, which has had a six-year life cycle.
