Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus with Exynos 2200 First Geekbench result is out

The Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus with Exynos 2200 and AMD GPU has received its first Geekbench result. Here are some highlights:

Samsung is working on a new generation of mobile processors, as we previously stated. This processor is made by AMD. In Samsung’s new processor, AMD focuses on the GPU (graphics processing unit).

The RDNA 2 based mobile processor, which has piqued interest for some time but has yet to be fully revealed, is back on the agenda. Exynos 2200, which debuted on the Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus today, scored 1,073 single-core points and 3,389 multi-core points in Geekbench.

Of course, when compared to the competition, these figures are pitiful. It should be noted, however, that this is only the first test. It’s possible that this result was obtained while the power saving mode was enabled. Actual performance is expected to be revealed soon, with much better results.

The Samsung Exynos 2200 has a main core running at 2.59 GHz, three high-performance cores running at 2.5 GHz, and four efficiency-oriented cores running at 1.73 GHz, according to Geekbench.

According to previous leaks, one ARM Cortex-X2, three Cortex-A710, and four Cortex-A510 are combined here. As you can see, the CPU foundation of the processor with the built-in 5G modem will be similar to that of its competitors. AMD, on the other hand, maybe on the verge of a breakthrough in the GPU market.

If the incoming information is correct, the processor has a 6-core RDNA2 graphics unit, and it has the same graphics power as the Xbox One, according to calculations on paper. This appears to be a huge undertaking, but it has yet to be confirmed conclusively.

The Samsung Galaxy S22 series is not very curious in general

Because the company has made the Galaxy Z series of smartphones its top priority. However, phone leaks continue. Some camera specifics were presented last.

The absence of the 200-megapixel main camera was first noted in the last camera-focused leak for the models. Although there have been numerous leaks on this subject, it is now clear that the Galaxy S22 will not have a 200-megapixel main camera.

Even the Galaxy S22 Ultra has a 108-megapixel main camera, which is said to be the best of phones. The phone also has a 40-megapixel selfie camera, as well as a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera in the multi-installation on the back.

Meanwhile, the future of the Galaxy S22 Ultra model with the S Pen is one of the most recent pieces of information. It is not expected to be integrated into the body, however.
