Yesterday, design renders of the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra were leaked. According to the leaked renders, Samsung is making several changes to the design of its upcoming Ultra flagship smartphone, which will resemble the Note series. Render images of the Galaxy S22 Plus have also surfaced online, just hours after the Galaxy S22 Ultra design renders leaked. The Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus design renders have been uploaded by tipster OnLeaks and 91Mobiles. The upcoming Plus model from the S22 line, according to these renders, will not receive the same major design overhaul as the Ultra model.
Renders of the Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus
The design of the Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus has leaked months before the official launch. According to the design renders, the camera module will be similar to the S21 series. On the back of the camera, the module will be three sensors. Outside the camera module, which blends into the phone’s frame, is an LED flash. The camera sensors were not mentioned by OnLeaks in any detail. The standard S22 and Plus models, according to a recent report, will have a 50MP GN5 sensor, a 12MP ultrawide lens, and a 12MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom.
The design renders also show an Olive Green color option, though it is unclear whether Samsung will release the S22 Plus in that color. The device’s power and volume buttons are on the right edge, while the USB Type-C port and SIM tray are on the bottom edge.
The phone has a hole-punch display that is flat. Recently, information about the screen size was leaked. According to a report, Samsung will launch the Plus model with a smaller 6.5-inch display than the current model’s 6.7-inch display. The screen will most likely be AMOLED and support a high refresh rate.
