Poco Will Launch a C Series phone in India on September 30; Could This be Poco C4?

Poco, like other Chinese companies, has launched some smartphones in India this year. Following the release of the Poco F3 GT, the company is now preparing to launch a new “C” series smartphone in the country. Poco’s latest cryptic tweet teases the upcoming launch next week. The guessing game has already begun in the rumor mill.

Is There A New Poco C Series Phone On The Way To India?

Poco India’s official Twitter account confirmed the launch of a new Poco C series phone in India on September 30. The device will be released at 12 p.m. on the above-mentioned date. Regrettably, the teaser poster shared on Twitter only includes the launch date and time, as well as the tagline “C U Soon.”

Rumors abound that the company is gearing up for the Poco C4’s launch in India next week. This appears to be true, as the Poco C3 was released in the country last year, and the next “C” series phone will most likely be its successor. Nonetheless, the next launch is only a week away, and the company will release more teasers confirming additional details.

What Can The Poco C4 Offer?

The Poco C4 is a relatively new device, and the leaks factory has very little information about it. The only confirmed detail is that the upcoming handset, like its predecessor, the Poco C3, will be a budget-friendly device. We anticipate some improvements over the previous-generation model. For the time being, however, the specific areas of advancement remain a mystery.

It’s also unclear whether the Poco C4 will be rebranded as a Redmi device. This is a trend we’ve seen with Poco phones for quite some time now. It will be interesting to see if this is the case with the Poco C4 or if the company will take a different approach and launch a new handset entirely.

In India, the previous-generation Poco C3 debuted in the sub-Rs. 10,000 price range. As a result, we can expect the Poco C4 to be released in the same price range. The prices and specifications will be revealed soon. We’ll keep you updated on the progress.
