On September 26th, OPPO will hold a press conference in China to introduce the OPPO K9 Pro smartphone. Along with the K9 Pro, OPPO will also show off the OPPO Watch Free and Smart TV K9. Today, the company confirmed these details on its official Weibo account. OPPO’s upcoming Watch Free will have a rectangular design and a rubber strap, according to a teaser released by the company. In addition, another teaser from OPPO reveals that the Smart TV K9 will have a 75-inch display.
OPPO Watch Free and Smart TV K9 will be launched on September 26th
The OPPO Watch Free will be rectangular, as previously stated. This upcoming OPPO wearable will have a display that is similar in height to the Huawei Watch Fit. OPPO Watch Free renders were leaked online a few days ago by renowned leakster Evan Blass. According to the leaked images, the Watch Free will be available in Gold and Black. The specifications and price of this upcoming smartwatch are currently unknown. OPPO will also unveil the Smart TV K9 at the September 26th event, in addition to the smartwatch (Via: Gizmochina). The Smart TV K9 series was previously released in 43-inch, 55-inch, and 65-inch screen sizes. The upcoming TV will have a 75-inch display, according to an online teaser.
The other feature of this upcoming television model is currently unavailable. The upcoming Smart TV K9 variant is expected to have similar features to the other TV variants, such as HDR 10+ support and a 93 percent DCI-P3 color gamut. A MediaTek MT9652 chipset could be used in the 75-inch TV model. On the software front, the Smart TV is expected to run the ColorOS TV 2.0 operating system, which is based on Android. It could have 16GB of internal storage and Wi-Fi and Bluetooth v5.0 connectivity.
