Acer has launched the Swift X premium laptop in India, which features AMD’s latest Ryzen 5000 series processor. It’s also the first Swift series laptop to come with discrete graphics from the RTX 30 series. Although it has an all-metal chassis, the laptop is thin and light. It weighs only 1.39 kilograms and is 17.9 millimeters thick. The Acer’s Swift X Laptop has a battery life of up to 15 hours on a single charge and can render 4K videos. To maximize cooling efficiency, it comes with a 59-bladed, 0.3mm fan and dual D6 copper heat pipes.

The Acer Swift X starts at Rs. 84,999 in India and is already available through the Acer online store. Flipkart, Vijay Sales, Acer Exclusive Stores, and other authorized retail stores will also sell the laptop.

The Acer’s Swift X Laptop has a 14-inch FHD IPS display with 100 percent sRG coverage, a screen-to-body ratio of 85.7 percent, and a peak brightness of 300nits. It is equipped with an AMD Ryzen 5 5600U Mobile processor and an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 Ti with 4GB GDDR6 VRAM, as well as up to 16GB RAM and 2TB SSD storage. The laptop runs Windows 10 and has a 59Wh battery with fast charging capabilities. A USB Type-C port, an HDMI port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack are included. Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth are among the connectivity options.
The Acer Swift X has a fingerprint sensor that works with Windows Hellow, AI-enhanced noise suppression for better video calls, and Acer BlueLightShield technology to reduce eyestrain. The air inlet keyboard has been upgraded for improved thermal performance, dissipating 8-10% more heat than the keyboard without an air inlet.
