The Mi Mix 4 has been unveiled by Xiaomi. The latest smartphone in the company’s Mix series has a ceramic body and an under-screen camera. Under the hood, Xiaomi’s latest Mix phone also has top-of-the-line hardware. It has a curved AMOLED display and a triple-camera setup on the back and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 Plus SoC. In China, Xiaomi has unveiled the Mi Mix 4. Xiaomi’s new Mix series phone is the company’s first to include an under-screen camera. It’s known as Xiaomi’s Camera Under Panel (CUP) technology. Underneath the display is a 20MP CUP front camera. According to the company, the CUP provides 400 PPI seamless viewing in the camera zone, matching the surrounding screen’s pixel density, brightness, and color detail.

A 6.67-inch curved AMOLED display is featured on the device. The Full HD+ display has a refresh rate of 120Hz and a touch sampling rate of 480Hz. It also has 10-bit color, HDR10+, and Dolby Vision support. Finally, the display has a Corning Gorilla Glass Victus layer.

The Snapdragon 888 Plus SoC is housed inside, along with 8GB/ 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The phone has a 4,500 mAh battery and supports wired fast charging at 120W. It also supports wireless fast charging at a rate of 50 watts. The device has a Boost mode that uses wired charging to charge the device completely in 15 minutes.

The phone has a triple-camera setup on the back in terms of optics. A 108MP 1/1.33-inch HMX sensor with Optical Image Stabilization is included (OIS). A 13MP ultrawide sensor and an 8MP telephoto sensor with 5x optical zoom and 50x digital zoom are also included in the back camera system. OIS is also supported by the telephoto camera.

Dual Harmon Kardon-tuned speakers and Hi-Res Audio support are included with the phone. It’s available in four different storage configurations. RMB 4,999 (roughly Rs 57,400) and RMB 5,299 (roughly Rs 60,850) are the prices for the 8GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB storage options, respectively. RMB 5,799 (roughly Rs 66,600) and RMB 6,299 (roughly Rs 72,300) are the prices for the 12GB + 256GB and 12GB + 512GB variants, respectively.
