CAD renderings of the Apple Watch Series 7
The Apple Watch Series 7 could be unveiled at the iPhone event in September. The smartwatch’s CAD-based renders have leaked ahead of its launch. The CAD renders in the 91Mobiles report confirm previous reports that the Series 7 Watch is getting a redesign. Unlike previous Apple Watch models, which had rounded edges, the Series 7 will have a flat-edged design. Many of the company’s recent devices, such as the M1 iPad Pro and the iPhone 12 models, have taken a similar approach.
On the right edge of the watch will remain the Digital Crown for navigation, with a button below it to turn the watch on/off or select other options. Two rather large slits for speakers can be found on the left side.
The heart-rate sensor and other sensors are housed in a circular module on the watch’s underside. It also reveals that the 44mm model will have a 1.8-inch display and will measure 44x38x9mm. Series 6 44mm, on the other hand, measured 44X38X10.7mm. The new Apple Watch is also expected to have thinner bezels and better health monitoring sensors. According to reports, Apple has tested the Series 7 with thinner borders and a new lamination technique that brings the display closer to the front cover. It’s also rumored that it’s working on ultra-wide-band technology for its upcoming Watch, which will include the Find My Network feature.
A faster processor, improved wireless connectivity, and longer battery life are among the other improvements. The watch will be available in a variety of colors, including Pastel Green and Blue. It will most likely be available in Black and Silver. How do you feel about the upcoming Apple Watch? Please share your thoughts in the comments section below.
