The global and Indian launch of the Nothing Ear 1 truly wireless earbuds has been announced. This is the first pair of earbuds from OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei’s new brand. The minimalistic and clean design of the Nothing Ear 1 reflects the brand’s philosophy.
The earbuds have a transparent design that shows off the technology inside, such as microphones, magnets, and circuit boards. With the case, the Nothing Ear 1 earbuds are said to last up to 34 hours of playtime and are equipped with an 11.6mm dynamic driver that offers balanced bass, mid, and treble performance.

The price of Nothing Ear 1 in India is Rs 5,999, and it will be available on Flipkart from August 17th, 2021 at 12:00 IST. In the United States, the earbuds cost $99, while in Europe, they cost €99.
Specifications and features of the Nothing Ear 1
The Nothing Ear 1 features Clear Voice technology, which was created specifically for them to eliminate distracting background noise. The earbuds feature an equalizer to fine-tune the audio output, in-ear detection to pause the music when the earbud is removed from the ear, and quick pairing with Android phones.
The earbuds come with the Ear (1) app, which allows users to customize gestures and audio controls. Both Android and iOS are supported by the app. They’re water and sweat resistant to IPX4 standards.
Thanks to three high-definition mics, the TWS earbuds connect via Bluetooth 5.2 and provide active noise cancellation with up to 40dB. There are three audio modes on the earbuds: Light for moderate noise cancellation, Maximum for noisy environments, and Transparency for loud and clear calls.
Each earbud weighs 4.7 grams and measures 28.9 x 21.5 x 23.5 centimeters. The case is 58.6 X 58.6 X 23.7 cm in size and weighs 57.4 grams. The case has a 570mAh battery, while each earbud has a 31mAh battery. They’re said to last up to 24 hours with ANC enabled and up to 34 hours with ANC disabled on a single charge.
Nothing says a 10-minute earphone charge can last up to 1.2 hours with ANC turned off and 50 minutes with it turned on. A 10-minute case charge can last up to 8 hours with ANC turned off and 6 hours with ANC turned on. Qi wireless charging is also supported by the Nothing Ear 1.
