Xiaomi will launch two new laptops in India later this month, according to an exclusive report by 91mobiles. These will be known as the Mi Notebook Pro 14 and Mi Notebook Ultra 15 and will have 14-inch and 15.6-inch displays, respectively. Now, 91mobiles has learned from reliable sources that the Mi Notebook Pro 14 and Mi Notebook Ultra 15 will be rebranded versions of the RedmiBook Pro 14 and RedmiBook Pro 15 that were released earlier this year in China. The Indian models, on the other hand, will not have discrete graphics, meaning they will only be integrated Xe for the time being. We know the specifications of the laptops because they have already been released. The launch date and price of the Mi Notebook Pro 14 and Notebook Ultra 15 in India are still unknown.
Specifications of the Mi Notebook Pro 14 and Mi Notebook Ultra 15
The RedmiBook Pro 14 and 15 models are equipped with the latest Intel Tiger Lake i5 and i7 processors, as well as an Intel Xe GPU, 16GB DDR4 3200MHz RAM, and 512GB PCIe SSD storage. Out of the box, the laptops come pre-installed with Windows 10 Home, MIUI+, and Microsoft Office Student edition. The 4W speakers with DTS Audio, fingerprint sensor for security, 720p webcam, and backlit keyboard come standard on the RedmiBook Pro 14 and 15 models. Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth, 1xUSB-C, 1xUSB-A 3.2 Gen1, 1xUSB-A 2.0, 13.5mm audio jack, and 1xHDMI ports are among the connectivity options.
The Redmi Book Pro 15 features a 15.6-inch display with a 90Hz refresh rate, 3.2K resolution, 242 PPI, 89.1% screen-to-body ratio, 1500:1 contrast ratio, 16:9 aspect ratio, 178-degree viewing angle, TUV Rheinland for low-light emission, 100 percent sRGB color gamut, and DC dimming, as well as TUV Rheinland for low-light emission. The laptop has a 70-watt-hour battery that supports USB-C charging at 100 watts.
The RedmiBook Pro 14 has a 14-inch display with a 2.5K panel, 60Hz refresh rate, 8.2 percent screen-body ratio, TUV Rheinland low-light emission certification, 100 percent sRGB color gamut, 178-degree viewing angle, 300 nits max brightness, and DC dimming, as well. It has a 56-watt-hour battery and a 65-watt USB-C adapter.
Prices of the RedmiBook Pro 14 and 15
The Intel Core i5 processor, Intel-Xe graphics, 16GB RAM, and 512GB storage model of the RedmiBook Pro 14-inch starts at RMB 4,699 (Rs 54,200) in China. The Intel Core i5, Intel Xe graphics, 16GB RAM, and 512GB storage model of the RedmiBook Pro 15 starts at RMB 4,999 (roughly Rs 57,700). Indian prices are likely to follow a similar pattern.
