The upcoming expansion for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla has been announced by Ubisoft, and it will be released on August 12th. The Raven clan and Eivor travel to Francia to wage war and take part in one of Viking history’s most famous battles, the Siege of Paris. The Siege of Paris, like the previous expansion, Wrath of the Druids, adds new weapons, gear, skills, and enemy types.
Assassin’s Creed is a video game developed by Ubisoft. Valhalla was famous for having issues with the expansions, which seemed to bring a whole new set of bugs and glitches with them. Although the majority of them have been ironed out, the game has taken a significant hit in the public eye.
However, one supremely enjoyable game mode – the Black Box Missions – appears to have swung the tide in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla’s favor, and The Siege of Paris adds more of them to the game.
On August 12th, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla DLC – The Siege of Paris will be released
Assassin’s Creed Valhalla was jam-packed with the content of all kinds, and each subsequent expansion has only added more, which Season Pass owners appreciate. This August, the game will receive new Black Box Missions, which will give players complete control over how they eliminate their targets.
Season Pass owners will be able to download The Siege of Paris right away, while those who only own the base game will have to purchase the DLC separately. On July 29th, this Thursday, the Sigrbolt Festival, a traditional Viking festival, will take place, and players will be able to celebrate the start of the Raiding season. Ravensthorpe will host a variety of festive activities until August 19th, including:
- Flyting, Fight Tournament, and Dice Game mini-games.
- There are now three new quests available.
- Decorations for the settlement, customization items, and weapons are among the exclusive rewards. For a limited time before the festival ends, Sigrblot tokens can be used to purchase the one-handed sword Skrofnung in the festival shop.
The Assassin’s Creed Valhalla title update 1.3.0, which goes live on July 27th, will bring a slew of new features to the game, including the much-appreciated Level Scaling.
A slew of bugs and glitches from the Wrath of the Druids DLC are also addressed in the patch.

To participate in the festival, players must have reached England during the campaign and completed either Grantebridgescire or Ledecestrescire – as well as have their settlement leveled up.
Later in the season, a new River Raids map pack will be released, with destinations strewn across the rivers of France and Ireland (available in the Wrath of the Druids DLC).
