Samsung plans to release the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 smartphones this year. Both handsets are expected to be released by the end of August. Thanks to new leaks and certifications that have recently surfaced, we’ve been learning more about these handsets every day. We saw renders of the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 smartphones a few days ago, thanks to popular leakster Evan Blass. More renders (91Mobiles) of the Galaxy Z Fold 3 have surfaced ahead of its launch. This device’s design, color options, and other details have been revealed in a new leak.
The design and color options for the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 have been revealed
Starting with the design details, we can see that the Galaxy Z Fold 3 has an under-display camera on the inner display, while the cover display has a punch-hole camera in the center. The handset has a triple-camera setup on the back, which is accompanied by an LED flash. The device appears to have a fingerprint reader and volume rocker keys on the right side, with the SIM card slot on the left. Moving on to the color options revealed by this leak, the Galaxy Z Fold 3 will be available in three different colors. The device is expected to be available in three color schemes: green, black, and gradient.
In terms of specifications, the phone is expected to have a 7.5-inch display on the inside and a 6.2-inch display on the outside. Samsung’s in-house Exynos 2100 chipset could be powering the device under the hood. In some markets, the company may also release this handset with the Snapdragon 888 Plus SoC. According to a recent leak, the Galaxy Z Fold 3 will also support the S-Pen. The device was recently certified by the FCC. The handset will support ultra-wideband (UWB), 9W wireless charging, and NFC, according to the certification. At the back, the phone is said to have a 12MP + 12MP + 16MP camera sensor setup.
