The official launch date for Nord 2 has yet to be announced. However, design renders of the device have leaked online ahead of its launch. Let’s take a look at the design renders, specifications, and other details for the OnePlus Nord 2.

Renders of the OnePlus Nord 2

OnePlus is getting ready to release the Nord 2. The device’s design renderings and key details have been leaked ahead of its official release.

The design renders for the upcoming Nord 2 have been listed by tipster Steve Hemmerstoffer aka Onleaks and 91Mobiles. The report also reveals some of the device’s key specifications. The upcoming OnePlus smartphone will resemble the OnePlus 9 series, according to OnLeaks. The design of the camera module is the most striking similarity. The square-shaped module on the back has two massive circular cutouts.

The Nord 2 will feature a triple camera system, with the LED flash housed within the camera module. The device, like other OnePlus devices, has the OnePlus logo on the back. The device has a flat display on the front with a hole-punch cutout in the top-left corner. At the bottom, there’s a USB Type-C port, a SIM tray, and a speaker grille. It will be 160 x 73.8 x 8.1mm in size (approximately) and will include the company’s signature alert slider.

The device was discovered with a MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC on the AI benchmark website. The phone that was listed on the website also had 8GB of RAM. It’ll have a 6.43-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate and an optical in-display fingerprint sensor, according to reports.

According to reports, the Nord 2 will come with a 50MP Sony IMX766 primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a second 2MP sensor. It could have a 32MP selfie camera hidden inside the punch-hole notch. A 4,500mAh battery with 30W fast charging support could also be included in the phone.

The official launch date has yet to be announced by OnePlus. Meanwhile, how do you feel about the OnePlus Nord 2? Please share your thoughts in the comments section below.
